*How do I place order ? 

 There are two ways to make an order: First, you can register and make an order on our website. Second, you can Email us to make an order, telling us the electronics with the style, brand and model  from our Online Catalog,After received your order confirmation, we will sum up the amount for your payment. You pay by our Payment Methods with our payment details. we delivery the package once your payment confirmed.


*Can i buy sample product and what is the price  ?

   We accept to sell even one item as sample. Please contact us for price.


*What is the Minimum Order ?

   We prefer to start a regular order at minimum 3 pieces, if you need an order less than 3 pieces.please kindly negotiate with us.


*Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD) ?

    No. we only accept delivery upon your prepayment.


*How long it takes to receive package ?

Most usually it takes 5-10 working  days to receive the package.


*What is your Payment Methods ?
    We only accept the Western Union and Bank Wire Transfer ( T/T )。


*Can I get a catalog ?

   Sorry. we do not have any catalogs that are available to send to customers individually. You may check our latest product lists for your desired item and specifications by visiting our website. All current products available (i.e. styles,brand and model) are those listed on our website. Visit us regularly as we consistently update our website to provide our customers with the latest styles and offerings.


*How can I view the details of my transaction ?


    Immediately after an order has been submitted and payment accepted, we issue sales invoice which would be forwarded to the email address that was provided in your order details. This invoice should be reviewed, and retained for any further references. Approximately 3-4 business days after placing your order you may submit a request for the tracking details by our service


*I received the wrong merchandise, what should I do ?

    Customers have an option of either requesting a refund or an exchange for their merchandises. This request must be forwarded to us within 7 business days from delivery, and in both options, returned to our center within ten business days from the date of receipt. The return address will be provided to you by a customer support staff after receiving your request. Refer to our return policies for further details.
